I've change my resulotion and the screen went black I restarted the pc same How can I get it back?

I was using my video card vga cable connector, I've restarted my pc and the screen stayed black , then I took of my video card connected my vga cable to the motherboard vga connector and it works fine I tunned of the pc plugged in the vha cable to the video card and the screen went black , my questiong is , is there any way I can change the video card resulotion without having it plugged in ?I've change my resulotion and the screen went black I restarted the pc same How can I get it back?
