How do I change my priority level for a video game?

When I play the game the task manager says it is ';below normal'; when i change the level to ';high'; it changes it back to below. I know I have enough RAM and Video card capacity to run the game at high levels but it will not let me. Also how do I make the game run on the two ';dual'; processors instead of just one?How do I change my priority level for a video game?
hey sorry dude but you might have to get a new hard drive for that one ...

and try it on any other games if it doesn't try installing windows pro but for the dual processors try going and shutting down the computer and unplug everything and try to undo the processor and put it back in.

hope this helps!
