How to resolve the MTXPard blue screen problem that some Matrox users experience?

Basically anyone with a matrox card may run into a problem where shortly after they boot into windows their systems will freeze and produce a long blue screen error that eventually points to ';MTXPard'; and autoreboots.

Updating drivers, updating the video bios, even formatting and re-installing windows doesn't resolve the issue. The only thing that seems to work is changing the video card and then the problem is resolved. How to resolve the MTXPard blue screen problem that some Matrox users experience?
Could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software. This problem can be solved by uninstalling new software, updating device drivers and making minor configuration changes . From http://fixit.in/bluescreenofdeath.html . You can also run a free registry scan using utilities from http://re7.infoHow to resolve the MTXPard blue screen problem that some Matrox users experience?
Sorry I clicked the wrong thing and put 2 stars... but anyway... I did figure out what the issue is.. If anyone else has this problem they can google ';device stuck in an infinite loop';. It actually wasn't resolved with the solution that I posted. It just appeared that way and later on it froze.
