How do I change my video card?

I want to play The Sims 3. It says I don't have the proper video card. I have an integrated chipset and my graphics controller is Intel 82865G. How much will it cost for me to upgrade to a video card that can run the pixel shader program necessary to run my game? And how do I change my video card? How do I change my video card?
Intel 82865G chipset ONLY supports AGP, so forget PCIe graphics cards. Make sure that the graphics expansion port is physically implemented on the motherboard. Here are some options:

Usually a really good graphics card would be 200$ but the sims isn't very graphics demanding so a 9500 GT would be ok. a 9500 GT is about 50 - 70$ and i will need to know your motherboard to check if you have a PCI-e or a PCI or AGP. If you get the wrong card it will not fit or work.

Here is how PCI, PCI-e, and AGP

PCI-E is black

PCI is white

AGP is brown

You will need to open up your computer to see what your computer has.
