Hey, Its Really Easy.

1) Take The Side Panel Off.

2) Unscrew The Old Video Card ( If one is installed)

3) Unplug The Old Video Card From The Power Supply ( If It Requires Power)

4) Push on the tab to remove the video card.

5) And Now Install The New One.

Its really easy. Just make sure you computer is unplugged from the power outlet. And do not lay video card on carpet that may create static.

look up on youtube:

how to instal a video card
Easiest way is to search google first. Hard to explain with words, but from my experience its not very difficult. Hardest part is mostly checking compatibility issues with your motherboard/drivers/etc. The actual installation is a piece of cake.

Only things that could fry your video card are your own static shock, overheating of the video card, or some issues with your power supply.
When installing, make sure you wear a ground strap as not to damage any components.
Easy

1) Make sure your power supply can power the new video card

2) Uninstall your existing video card drivers

3) Open the case and remove existing video card

4) Put in new video card (and attach power cord to it if card has 6 and/or 8 pin connector)

5) Turn on computer and download/install new drivers from either nvidia.com or ati.com

Might need to restart after that, then go play games!
keep bare skin on the bare unpainted metal somewhere so you dont static shock it
