I bought a new video card how do i change the settings down on it so it can run on my monitor?

i bought an an asus geforce 9600 card i didn't come witha control panel to change its settings i am running windows xp home.I bought a new video card how do i change the settings down on it so it can run on my monitor?
Right click on the desktop and see if you have nvidia control panel



If not download from nvidia find the driver in option 1

Or let the System Requirements Lab do it in option 2

Right Click anywhere on the desktop...go to properties...then settings...
