Ive installed the game for PC but before it loads it comes up with

The requirements of a video card for that game is a 32MB video card with compatibility with DirectX 8.

There's the link to download DirectX 8.1, and as for the video card, its a hardware in your computer. It's not a software or program, but rather a piece of metal inside your computer that it uses to mainly run games.



To meet the requirements (if you haven't), you would need to buy a new video card to install it in your computer. But I'm quite sure you do meet the requirements of the video card.



So just install DirectX 8.1 first, and try, and if it doesn't work, you'll need to upgrade your video card.
